<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a traveling vehicle capable of easily performing the maintenance of an input transmission member and an output transmission member by detaching a vehicle body cover from the upper side without any obstacle such as frames while securing the supporting rigidity of the vehicle body cover. <P>SOLUTION: A vehicle body cover is supported by right and left frames (40), (40) extending in the longitudinal direction along the vehicle body cover, and a transmission case (20) is provided on the inner side of the right and left frames (40), (40). An input transmission member (23) to the transmission case (20) and an output transmission member (30) from the transmission case are arranged on the inner side of the right and left frames (40), (40) parallel to each other in the right-to-left direction.
