CM DATA SUPERIMPOSING EDITING APPARATUS OF DIGITAL BROADCAST AND CM DATA STORAGE MEDIUM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a superimposing editing apparatus capable of creating CM data with which related information can be transmitted simultaneously with the main contents of CM and the contents can be confirmed after the CM data are created in digital broadcast, and a storage medium storing the created CM data.

SOLUTION: The apparatus includes an initial CM data acquiring means for reading initial CM data consisting of videos/audios and subtitles; a URI storage means for recording URI data for carrying detailed information such as presented commercial goods in the initial CM data and a provider on the Internet; and/or a position data storage means for storing position data about shops having the commercial goods on CM and an event venue sponsored by a CM sponsor, an ancillary inserter, and an editing means. The editing means extracts the initial CM data, and inserts the URI data and the position data into an auxiliary signal region of the CM data by the ancillary inserter.
