<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food processing apparatus where an inner electric device is protected by stably keeping a connection state between a main body and a main body cover and preventing steam from flowing into a connection gap. <P>SOLUTION: The food processing apparatus comprises: a container part 10 with a space formed inside to arrange materials; the main body 20 which is fitted onto the upper surface of the container part and where at least not less than one connection grooves are formed along the upper surface of the fitting part 21 formed on an edge surface; the main body cover 30 to be connected onto the upper surface of the fitting part of the main body so as to be openable; the connection grooves 21 which are positioned between the main body cover and the main body and formed on the upper surface of the fitting part of the main body; and a silicone packing 40 where a projection is formed on the lower surface of a corresponding position. Grooves are formed inside the projection 41 of the silicone packing.
