<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food analysis device, a food analysis method and a program. <P>SOLUTION: A food setting detection part 201 receives a setting signal 150, when a food 1 is placed in a predetermined position, and reports it to a food spectrometric analysis part 202. The analysis part 202 performs spectrometric analysis of the food 1 using analyzing light 151, and outputs the spectrometric analysis result to a food composition analysis part 203. The analysis part 203 analyzes the composition of materials contained in the food 1, based on the spectrometric analysis result and outputs the composition analysis result to an advice generation part 204.
