PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a developing cartridge and an image forming apparatus, which are capable of reducing labor required for disposition of a plurality of sticker members while being precisely disposed. SOLUTION: A side sticker 76 and a blade rear sticker 77 are stuck to one face 80A of a sheet-like substrate 80. The sheet-like substrate 80 is so aligned that its notched parts of both corners in the width direction face a control member fixing part 74 formed on a sticker disposition part 67 of a development-side enclosure 36, and then, one face 80A having the side sticker 76 and the blade rear sticker 77 stuck thereto, of the sheet-like substrate 80 and the other face 80B on the opposite side are brought into contact with the sticker disposition part 67.
