PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an abnormality monitor device which is hardly affected even by an improper setting environment, and which does not cause malfunction. SOLUTION: This abnormality monitor device is provided with a means which detects fine vibration applied to the water surface of a flush toilet due to the biological vibration of a human body according to the reflected wave of an ultrasonic sensor, a means which makes a processor analyze/process the difference of the vibration of a human body and the vibration of anything other than the human body by using ultrasonic reflected wave strength as time sequential data and a means which announces abnormality to a manager by determining that any abnormality has been generated when the occupation time of the toilet exceeds a fixed time since a monitor timer is started by an abnormality monitor device after detecting the human body, and when leaving has not been detected for a fixed time or more by a sensor which detects entry/leaving.
