PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a battery pack which can prevent exposure of a battery, without having to use a protective tape and prevent an end part of a contraction tube from being sharpened, and to provide the shrink tube for the battery pack and the battery pack. SOLUTION: When the battery pack 10, wherein the battery connected with an external connection terminal 14 is covered with the shrink tube 16 so that the external connection terminal 14 is exposed is manufactured, the battery is inserted in the shrink tube 16 whose both ends are opened, with one end of the shrink tube 16 made to expose the external connection terminal 14, is closed to form a round tip except for the exposed part of the external connection terminal 14, the other end of the shrink tube 16 is closed to form a round tip, and the shrink tube 16 with closed ends is shrunk.
