PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably operate a drop type regulator circuit which outputs a low voltage. SOLUTION: This regulator circuit is provided with: a transistor (1) in which an input voltage is applied to a source; first and second resistors (R1, R2) connected in series to the drain of a transistor (1) for control; and a look-back cascode type operating amplifier (2) in which a reference voltage is applied to the first differential input terminal, a voltage at the connection point of the first and second resistors (R1, R2) is applied to the second differential input terminal and the gate of the transistor (1) for control is connected to the differential output terminal.
