PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner for electrostatic charge image development for low temperature fixing specification so that even when a toner image on a transfer material is thermally fixed by a heating roll, the thermally fixed transfer material is prevented from winding on the heating roll. SOLUTION: The toner for electrostatic charge image development containing at least a binder resin and a colorant is characterized in that the interface adhesion strength (Fr) between the toner for electrostatic charge image development and polytetrafluoroethylene is 1.0 to 3.5 N and that the inner cohesive force (Ft) of the toner is 10 to 18 N.
