PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel injection valve capable of reducing deposit in an injection hole. SOLUTION: A coating part 41 is provided on an internal wall of a valve body 21 forming the injection hole 25. Coefficient of linear expansion is different between the coating part 41 and deposit. For this reason, when temperature is changed in the valve body 21 or in the vicinity of valve body 21, the deposit adhered to the valve body 21 receives shearing force due to difference in expansion rate in the coating part 41. As a result, the deposit adhered to the inside of the injection hole 25 is peeled off the internal wall of the valve body 21 forming the injection hole 25. The deposit peeled off the internal wall of the valve body 21 is removed by fuel flowing in the inside of the injection hole 25. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
