PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact soil insolubilization treatment vehicle capable of performing efficient and economical insolubilizing treament. SOLUTION: This soil insolubilization treatment vehicle C comprises a debris separating machine D separating debris, a soil crushing machine E finely crushing a soil separated by the debris separating machine D, and a spray machine F spraying an insolubilizing agent making insoluble contaminants contained in soil over the crushed soil. The debris separating machine D carries debris to the soil crushing machine E while separating the debris, and the soil crushing machine E carries the soil to the outside of the vehicle while crushing the soil.
