PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reinforcement assembling jig which dispenses with special techniques, facilitates production of a reinforcement assembly in a short time, requires only minimum machines, and is fit for site production in a concrete product factory, and to provide a reinforcement assembling method. SOLUTION: The reinforcement assembling jig is formed of: a plurality of supports 11 which are set on a floor surface at predetermined intervals in an X direction and the supports 11, 11 at predetermined intervals in a Y direction, respectively; horizontal members 12 which are erected between the supports 11, 11 in the X direction and the horizontal members 12 in the Y direction, respectively; a plurality of reinforcement bearing portions 13 which are attached to each support 11 at predetermined vertical intervals, for mounting the horizontal reinforcement thereon; first stoppers 14 which are each attached to an upper portion of the reinforcement bearing portion 13, for positioning the horizontal reinforcement on the reinforcement bearing portion to a connection position; and second stoppers 16 which are each attached to a front portion of the horizontal member 12, for positioning a vertical reinforcement erected on the floor surface to the connection position.
