PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dispense with welding work on a job site, and to integrally join a plurality of steel plates together even if both front and back sides are discontinuous as in the case of a wall. SOLUTION: The plurality of steel plates 4 and 5 continue into one another by having ends of them overlap one another; the plurality of steel plates continuing into one another are positioned along both the front and back sides of the wall 2 of the building in the state of keeping an interval between the wall and the steel plates; strip-shaped continuous sheets 6 and 7 are stuck on the outside of the steel plates, respectively; required places of the strip-shaped continuous sheets are fixed to the wall 2 or a column 1 which continues into the wall, so that the plurality of steel plates can be integrally joined together; and a filler 11 is injected into the interval between the steel plate and the wall.
