WASTE LIQUID TREATMENT APPARATUS, SYSTEM AND METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized waste liquid treatment apparatus of simple structure, manufacturable at a low cost, and having high cleaning performance and to provide the treatment system and method. SOLUTION: The waste liquid treatment apparatus includes: a flocculating setting particle recovery part recovering a liquid mainly containing flocculating setting particles after reaction, while promoting flocculation reaction of a waste liquid which is continuosly supplied and brought into contact with a flocculant; a setting separation part for setting and separating particle component with relatively large specific gravity by introducing the liquid recovered in the flocculating setting particle recovery part; and a discharge part discharging treated pure water after separation in the setting separation part. The flocculating setting particle recovery part has a suspended matter collection mechanism collecting a liquid containing a large amount of suspended matter in the waste liquid and continuously supplying a liquid containing the particle component with relatively large specific gravity to the setting separation part. Only pure water is continuously discharged, and the suspended matter and particle component sludge with relatively large specific gravity other than pure water retained in a tank are discharged by batch operation.
