PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the appropriate training of the muscular strength related to the left and right upper limbs. SOLUTION: A muscular strength training machine to strengthen the muscular strength of the upper limbs and the upper half of the body is equipped with a base (10) which is removably worn by the human body (50) or is attached to the back (53) of the human body (50), left and right swinging arms (20) which have grip sections (20A), have the individual basal parts attached to the base to be rotatable in arbitrary directions and can be separately operated by a person who undergoes training, and left and right loading sections (30, 31, 34, 45, 46, 47, 48 and 60) which separately apply the loads to the muscles of the left or the right upper limbs and the upper half of the body by resisting the rotations of the basal parts when the left and the right swing arms are separately operated.
