An apparatus for fermenting food waste is provided to promote the fermentation and to perform the uniform fermentation by the confluence due to a screw. A hopper device(10) transfers temporarily stored food waste to a crushing selector(20) by means of a screw conveyor. Matter crushed by the crushing selector is separated from pure food waste, discharged and collected through another path. The pure food waste is transmitted to a fermentation device(30) and then fermented. A fermentation cistern(31) of the fermentation device is a rectangular hopper shape. A screw(32) is installed at the lower center of an inclination surface from the fermentation cistern. |
