A stabilized parathyroid hormone composition is provided to be used for stabilizing very unstable protein of parathyroid hormone compared to conventional medicines having low molecular weight. The parathyroid hormone composition comprises: therapeutically effective amount of a parathyroid hormone; a buffer selected from the group consisting of histidine, succinic acid, malic acid, and ammonium bicarbonate, wherein the amount buffer is to adjust the pH of the composition to be 4-6, and is selected from histidine, succinic acid, malic acid, and salt thereof; and 0.05-20 parts by weight of a stabilizer such as sorbitol or mannitol.
