<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an e-mail address registration system which is a low cost system and stores e-mail addresses in noncontact IC medium of portable terminal, and to provide an information distribution system which distributes desired information data using the portable terminal with built-in noncontact IC medium, and can check in situ whether or not distribution is carried out. <P>SOLUTION: In the e-mail address registration system, an e-mail address registration program creation server 60 functions as a means to extract an e-mail address of a transmission source from e-mail data transmitted from a communication carrier server 40, and functions as a means to create an e-mail address registration program which controls a communication device of the portable terminal 10 so as to write extracted e-mail address of transmission source in noncontact IC medium.
