<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-conductive sheet having graphite small pieces and having improved heat conductivity in the sheet thickness direction. <P>SOLUTION: This heat-conductive sheet 8 which especially comprises a sheet substrate 6 comprising a polymer material and a plurality of graphite small pieces 7 contained in the sheet substrate 6, wherein the graphite small pieces 7 are oriented in the sheet thickness direction of the sheet substrate 6 and are uniformly dispersed in the sheet substrate 6.
