<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elevator system capable of reducing a waiting time for identifying a personal ID when services for the personal ID are performed. <P>SOLUTION: Information on elevator services for personal IDs is stored in a service server 2. The service server 2 extracts the information on elevator services and authenticates users according to a personal ID received from a personal ID input device 4. Then, the service server 2 transmits the extracted information to an elevator control device 1.
