<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deterioration deciding device capable of deciding the deterioration of a fuel cell. <P>SOLUTION: The deterioration deciding device 1 is equipped with a data memory part 12 for storing a reference output power of a cell stack as a reference to the output current of the cell stack of a fuel cell. A detection part 15 detects the output current and output voltage of the cell stack 131 at the time of the decision of deterioration of the fuel cell 130. An operation part 16 extracts the reference output power to the detected output current from the data memory part 12 and seeks the output power at the time of the decision of deterioration, by utilizing the detected output current and output voltage of the cell stack. The operation part 16 computes the rate of the found output power at the time of the decision to the extracted reference output power and displays the computed results on a display part 17. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
