PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bearing easy to machine and assemble and superior in sealing performance, and to provide an image forming device using the same.

SOLUTION: The bearing with an outer 100 and an inner 101 sealed to each other comprises the plastic outer 100 having an elastic seal portion 100b integrated on one side face and the plastic inner 101 having an elastic seal portion 101b integrated on the side face opposed to the side face on which the seal portion 100b of the outer 100 is provided. The seal portion 100b of the outer 100 abuts on the inner 101 and the seal portion 101b of the inner 101 abuts on the outer 100.
