<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-channel recording/reproducing device for recording and reproducing a plurality of channels of broadcast programs efficiently by one device. <P>SOLUTION: The multi-channel recording/reproducing device comprises a means for extracting a received RF signal to each transmission band by respective transmission band band-pass filters 1-4 of analog demodulation; means 5-8 for converting each transmission band to a low-frequency band; means 9-12 for each converting each transmission band converted to a low-frequency band to digital data; a means 13 for multiplexing the digital data by adding an ID number for each transmission band; a means 14 for compressing the multiplexed digital data for recording on a recording medium 15; a means 18 for decompressing the compressed data reproduced from the recording medium 15 for dividing the multiplexed data; and a means 19 for demodulating the divided data by digital processing. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
