<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drawing processing circuit which is capable of easily and quickly generating frame sequential data as a chronological sequence of data for each drawing component group formed by a drawing head for efficiently drawing a two-dimensional image, and to provide a drawing device and a drawing method using the circuit. <P>SOLUTION: After mirror sequential data supplied from an RIP (raster image processor) are temporarily stored as divided in memory banks M1 to M16 of an intermediate buffer 80, the mirror sequential data are read in prescribed block units.
