PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a planter enabling planting through all seasons comprising demand germination and raising seedling without requiring any planting chamber in which temperature and moisture are regulated. SOLUTION: The planter is formed to have a laminated structure in sequence of a soil layer 21, a moisture-retaining layer 22 and a water storage layer 23. The moisture-retaining layer is provided with the following: a thermometer 10, a hygrometer 14, a warming means 11, a cooling means 12, a cooling/warming indication means 13, a temperature setting means (a), a humidity setting means c, a temperature calculation means b indicating actuation of a cool/warm indication means in accordance with the difference between a set temperature and a measured temperature, and a humidity calculation means d indicating a humidity indication means 16 in accordance with the difference between a set moisture and a measured moisture. The water storage layer is provided with a water-level gage 17, a water supply means 18, a water-supply indication means 19 indicating actuation of the water supply means, a water-level setting means e, and a water-level calculation means f actuating the water-supply indication means 19 in accordance with the difference between a set water level and a measured water level.
