PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive film for a spacer also enabling dicing which is composed such that a one-side adhesive film functioning as a film-like spacer replacing a dummy chip is configured on a layer functioning as a dicing tape. SOLUTION: This adhesive film for a spacer also enabling dicing has a constitution composed of a supporting base (A), a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer (B), a thermosetting resin layer (C) and a heat resistant resin layer (D) in this order.
