<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a complex dielectric material having a high relative dielectric constantεr and Q-value with a small temperature changing rate of the relative dielectric constant. <P>SOLUTION: On the complex dielectric material containing dielectric ceramic and an organic polymeric material, the dielectric ceramics contains oxide powder having a composition expressed by a general formula; (M, Li, RE)<SB>x</SB>TiO<SB>3</SB>, (wherein, M is at least one kind selected from Ba, Sr, and Ca; RE is at least one kind selected from La, Ce, Pr, Nd, Sm, Yb, and Dy; 0.9≤x≤1.05). A fundamental composition element of the oxide powder is expressed by aBaTiO<SB>3</SB>-bSrTiO<SB>3</SB>-cCaTiO<SB>3</SB>-dLi<SB>1/2</SB>RE<SB>1/2</SB>TiO<SB>3</SB>-eLi<SB>1/2</SB>Nd<SB>1/2</SB>TiO<SB>3</SB>, [wherein, RE is at least one kind selected from La, Ce, and Pr; a to e are ratios of the combination of respective elements (mol%)], and 0≤a≤3, 0≤b≤30, 5≤c≤35, 0≤d≤20, 55≤e≤80, a+b+c+d+e=100. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
