PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an incombustible, heat-insulating organic building material which is excellent in heat insulating performance and heat resistance and does not generate formaldehyde causing a sick house syndrome. SOLUTION: In the incombustible, heat-insulating foamed polyurethane building material 10, a foamed polyurethane layer 12 which is formed by polycondensing a polyol solution containing dissolved lignin and a polyisocyanate in the presence of water with foaming generated and molding the product and contains 2-40 pts.wt. of the lignin in the total foamed polyurethane is made a core material. A metal film (surface material) 14 is integrated with the foamed polyurethane layer 12 by self-adhesion without using an adhesive during the foaming. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
