PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a prepreg superior in self-adhesiveness with a honeycomb and also in handling property by it while satisfying various characteristics required for skin materials, and a honeycomb laminated composite material light in weight, superior in dynamic characteristics and good in grade. SOLUTION: The prepreg for honeycomb self-adhesion comprises following constituents [A], [B] and [C], and the constituent [C] is arranged on the outer surface side than [A], and the tacking property of the surface is 10 N or more. [A]: a reinforced fiber comprising continuous fiber, [B]: a matrix resin, [C]: a thermoplastic resin having voids and a continuous form, and also, the method of manufacturing the prepreg makes the leading-out tensile force of the constituent [C] 1-50 N.
