PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible polyurethane foam suitable particularly for a sheet for automobiles that exhibits good vibration properties. SOLUTION: The flexible polyurethane foam is obtained by causing a polymeric polyoxyalkylene polyol or a polymer-dispersed polyol comprising the polymeric polyoxyalkylene polyol and polymer fine particles contained therein to react with a polyisocyanate compound in the presence of a catalyst, a blowing agent and a foam stabilizer, where 0.00001-1 pt.mass, based on 100 pts.mass of all active hydrogen compounds, of a fluorosilicone (F) represented by formula (1) is used as at least a part of the foam stabilizer. In formula (1), Rf is a 1-18C polyfluoroalkyl group; Rs are the same or different and are each a 1-6C alkyl group; k is an integer of 2-5; m is an integer of 1-100; and n is an integer of 0-100.
