PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid electrolytic capacitor having a small equivalent series resistance. SOLUTION: In this solid electrolytic capacitor, a nearly plate-shaped anode 1 consisting of a porous sintered body, a dielectric layer 2, and an electrolytic layer 3 consisting of polypyrrole are successively formed on an anode lead 1a covering part of the anode lead 1a. A cathode 5 is formed on the electrolytic layer 3 covering the periphery of the electrolytic layer 3, as constructed of a first electrically conductive layer 5a containing graphite grains having a diameter of about 1μm to 10μm and APTES, and a second electrically conductive layer 5b having main component of silver grains. Further, the cathode 5 and a cathode terminal 7 are connected via an electrically conductive adhesive layer 6, and the anode lead 1a and an anode terminal 8 are connected by welding. Further, a mold exterior resin 9 is so formed that the ends of the cathode terminal 7 and the anode terminal 8 can be led out externally. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
