PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively restrain the vibration applied to a throttle body including the vibration of an electric motor. SOLUTION: This intake quantity control device of an internal combustion engine is attached with the electric motor for driving opening-closing of a throttle valve, by supporting openably/closably the throttle valve for opening and closing an intake passage formed in the throttle body by the throttle body connected to an intake port of a cylinder head 19 so that opening-closing operation can be performed. In this vibration damping structure, a vibration damping means 60 is installed in the throttle body 31A. The throttle body 31A is connected to the cylinder head 19 directly or via a rigid member 32.
