PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic resonance imaging apparatus and an imaging system, improving the imaging efficiency and operability. SOLUTION: A dynamic scan for sequentially performing a plurality of scans at time intervals is started by a dynamic scan start part 251. The dynamic scan started by the dynamic scan start part 251 is suspended by a dynamic scan suspending part 252, and the dynamic scan suspended by the dynamic scan suspending part 252 is restarted by the dynamic scan restarting part 253.
