PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid droplet jet head capable of preventing breaking of a metallic wire connecting a piezoelectric body to a drive IC, and a liquid droplet jet device. SOLUTION: An electrode section 120 connected to a drive IC 60 by being insulated with a lower electrode 52 is formed on a diaphragm 48. A through-hole 124 is formed from the electrode section 120 to an upper electrode 54. A conductor 126 is buried in the through-hole 124, and then the electrode section 120 is electrically connected to the upper electrode 54. As the upper electrode 54 is connected to the drive IC 60 through the conductor 126 and the electrode section 120, it is possible to obviate the need to draw a metallic wire from the top face of the upper electrode 54. As a result, it is possible to prevent breaking of the metallic wire due to drawing thereof. In addition, it is possible to obviate the need for a resin covering the surface of the metallic wire in order to prevent corrosion of the metallic wire so that a vibration characteristic of a piezoelectric body 94 can be stabilized.
