PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a taking-out device capable of accurately managing the number of a headed part such as a bolt to be used for assembling in a process. SOLUTION: This taking-out device is provided with a housing part 2 for housing the headed parts 1, part push-up mechanisms 4 and 5 for pushing up one part of the headed parts with a push-up part 4 from the housing part 2 to take out the limited small number of parts, aligning mechanisms 7, 8 and 10 for aligning the parts taken out of the housing part 2, a holding mechanism 10 for holding the aligned parts, a control part 17 for stopping take-out of the parts when the number of held parts achieves the predetermined number, and a delivery mechanism 20 for delivering the fixed number of held headed parts. With this structure, a small number of the headed parts can be smoothly and surely taken out to prepare for delivery. Management of the headed parts within the process is thereby facilitated, and it is effective to prevent a using part from being left without assembling and effective to easily grasp abnormality inside a process when a part is lost.
