<p>The bottom (2) of the car boot (1) is fitted with two longitudinally positioned lateral rails (14) for joining straps holding larger luggage. A smaller object such as a shopping bag (16) can be pressed against the inner lining (3) of the boot (1) by a rectangular frame (19) covered with an elastic mesh (21). The frame (19) is joined to a base (17) sliding along a rail (14) and can be folded into a horizontal position for storage. In a second version a large leaf spring is swivel mounted to the base (17) and can be moved against an object to be held.</p> |
