<p>A sperm collecting device (1), comprising a container (2) having a non-cylindrical container body (3) opened at its longitudinal one end face and a cap (5) attached to and detached from the opening part (4) of the container body for opening and closing the opening part, a gel-like resin core member (10) stored in the container body and having an insertion space extending from an insertion port (11) at the longitudinal one end face to the inside of the container body, and a sponge layer (20) interposed between the core member and the inside wall of the container body. The container body is formed in a non-cylindrical shape smaller in outer diameter at its intermediate part than at the both longitudinal end parts. The upper surface of the cap is formed in a flat surface suitable for emplacement, and the end part of the container body on the opposite side of the opening part is formed in a circular arc-shaped surface not suitable for emplacement. Thus, the sperm collecting device can collect sperm by eliminating a problem in a conventional device wherein stimulation to a penis is simplified to provide sufficient stimulation thereto even if it is used by not only healthy persons but also aged persons and handicapped persons whose sexual response is lower than that of healthy young men.</p> |
