<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an angular velocity detector capable of enhancing detection accuracy of vibration control for a vibration object, by reducing dispersion in a cut-off frequency of a filter used in self-excited oscillation for resonance-vibrating the vibration object. <P>SOLUTION: This angular velocity detector includes the vibration object 102 displaced with Coriolis force generated by applying an angular velocity under a vibrated condition, an IV converter 3 for outputting a detection signal indicating a displacement amount of the vibration object 102, gm-C filters 4, 52 for filtering a wave based on the detection signal, a drive control circuit 7 for generating a driving signal Sd with a phase shifted by 90° from a vibration phase of the vibration object 102, based on the signal wave-filtered by the gm-C filters 4, 52, and a driving electrode 103 for vibrating the vibration object 102 in response to the driving signal Sd.
