摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a telecommunication network for the supervisory control of distribution network that is highly reliable, that enables distribution network to be operated stably, and that enables the network to be expanded efficiently. <P>SOLUTION: Ethernet switches 14a-14d are provided that are connected to each of an operation management system 11, system supervisory control apparatuses 82a, 82b and a system control apparatus 83. Either one or both of an operation management sub-system 12 and an optical line terminal 13 are connected to the Ethernet switches 14b-14d. The communication network for a main line is structured by communication network of an Ethernet ADS system of a loop structure where the Ethernet switches are connected to each other in sequence. The optical line terminal 13 and an optical network unit 21, to which a supply and demand interface 23 is connected, structures the communication network for a branch line by the communication network of an Ethernet PON system connected via an optical passive element 22. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
