<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a print system which decides which of public data and private data document data to be printed out are and charges a company etc., for only public data when an employee etc., of the company prints the document data etc., out at a visiting place. <P>SOLUTION: A document managing device 300 of the company etc., generates print data by adding ciphered data for identification to data for image formation. The employee of the company etc., stores the print data in a mobile terminal device 400 and goes out with the mobile terminal device 400. Further, the employee carries an IC card 500 stored with collation data for collation with the data for identification as well. A printer 200 decides whether the data for identification and data for collation match each other.
