<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To convert a film video image into a video signal using a general video camera circuit by automatically interpolating a difference between the number of photographed frames of a film and the number of frames of the video signal, and to watch the film video image on a television, to record the film video image on a video tape or VDV or to fetch the film video image into a computer. <P>SOLUTION: The telecine apparatus compares a video frame pulse (21) or a video field pulse (23) with a film reproduction pulse (20) generated by a pulse control section (17) as a reference and when the pulses match, a stepping motor control pulse (22) is generated. When the pulses do not match, the stepping motor control pulse (22) is generated from a just following video frame pulse (21) or video field pulse (23). Frames of a film are fed by this stepping motor control pulse (22) to automatically interpolate the difference in the number of regenerative images per second between the film and the video signal, and an image of the film is outputted as a video signal by the general video camera circuit. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
