<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of controlling the output from an extrusion molding device which can be employed for molding a sheet-like material of high quality with a uniform thickness. <P>SOLUTION: A target differential pressure between the entrance side and the outlet side of a gear pump, with which an extruder is equipped, is set beforehand according to a raw material and the thickness of the sheet-like material, and a rotating frequency of a screw is regulated so that the target differential pressure value is maintained in the state that the rotating speed of the gear pump is kept constant, and the feeding rate of the raw material to the extruder from a hopper is regulated in response to the variation of the rotating speed accompanying the regulation of the rotating speed of the screw. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
