PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combined bearing capable of reducing fuel consumption of an engine, and suppressing increase of rotary torque and occurrence of noise when used as a shaft supporting bearing of a power transmission device around the engine. SOLUTION: A retainer 10 equipped with a plurality of axially longitudinal roller retaining holes 15 in the peripheral direction is provided with a dynamic pressure groove 20 on an inner diameter face of a retainer pillar 13 between the roller retainer holes 15 in the peripheral direction having a groove shape symmetrical from the center in the axial direction to both sides in the axial direction, and whose depth of the groove is on one side in the peripheral direction and is made continuously or stepwise shallow, and whose groove width in the axial direction on one edge side in the peripheral direction is shorter than the width of the roller retaining holes 15 in the axial direction.
