PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile station, a mobile communication system, a location information notification method and a location information notification program in which crime prevention and security functions are packaged to sufficiently deal with a crime, in particular, a serious crime for which it is important to specify a location of a criminal or sufferer. SOLUTION: A control section 36 constituting a mobile station 12 periodically determines whether the mobile station 12 is located within a service area 70 and whether the mobile station 12 is located within an activity range 74. If the mobile station 12 is located outside the service area 70 and outside the activity range 74, the control section 36 creates GPS history information. If the mobile station 12 is located within the service area 70 and outside the activity range 74, the control section 36 notifies a notification destination apparatus 20 of location registration area information and the GPS history information.
