PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance insertion loss of a surface acoustic wave device having an electric power resistance. SOLUTION: According to this invention, the insertion loss in the surface acoustic wave device having the electric power resistance is improved by constituting an electrode structure of at least one surface acoustic wave resonator 2 of a plurality of surface acoustic wave resonators 2, 4 constituting the surface acoustic wave device so as to be different in the number of lamination from an electrode structure constituting the other surface acoustic wave resonator 4.
