PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photo album producing method producing a photo album easily within a short period of time by automatically effectively selecting and extracting a noticed still image which is to become one of the photographic images for the album from a moving video, and by using photographic images consisting of the extracted still images. SOLUTION: The above problem is solved by comprising steps of: separating video data and audio data from moving video data with sounds; extracting a plurality of frames of still image data from the separated moving video data after performing a frame splitting process; performing a process for determining a plurality of noticed frame candidates from among them; specifying data corresponding to waveform data and text data of previously acquired noticed sounds as noticed audio waveform and noticed keyword from among separated waveform data and its textized data; determining one of the noticed frame candidates corresponding to the identified sound data as a noticed frame; acquiring still image data of a plurality of noticed frames about all of the noticed sounds as print information; and producing the photo album by outputting as a plurality of photograph prints.
