PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid-state imaging device, a driving method, and an imaging device of the solid-state imaging device capable of accurately composing signals with different sensitivities to obtain high-quality image signals, by processing multiple signals with different sensitivities outputted from an identical pixel, and preventing occurrence of a time lag between the multiple signals in one scanning period. SOLUTION: The number of rows between a read-out row 1 and a read-out row 2 is set to be an odd number, and storage time 2 is set to be an odd-numbered (9H in the present case) multiple of unit period H of scanning. Further, a combination of the read-out rows 1 and 2, and column circuit groups 13 and 14 of two systems are switched as the scanning proceed to another row. Therefore, the multiple signals with different sensitivities output from the identical pixel are processed in an identical column circuit, and the occurrence of the time lag is prevented between the multiple signals in one scanning period.
