PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate phase adjustment of a signal between a band-reject filter and a band-pass filter while simplifying constitution on a circuit board. SOLUTION: A cover body is detachably provided to an upper opening portion of a metallic housing 51, a dielectric resonator 53 for a TEM-mode band-reject filter and a dielectric resonator 54 for the band-pass filter are adjacently stored in the housing 51, and the circuit board 55 where signal line 56a and 56b are formed is provided above them. The dielectric resonator 54 for the band-pass filter has coupling holes 73a and 73b of specified length in parallel on both the left and right sides of a center conductor 76, and coupling rods 81a and 81b are inserted from above. The coupling rods 81a and 81b are held by the circuit board 55 so that lengths of insertion into the coupling holes 73a and 73b can be adjusted, and the signal phase and coupling quantity between the dielectric resonators 53 and 54 can be adjusted with the lengths of insertion into the coupling holes 73a and 73b.
