PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature indicator capable of visually recognizing a temperature change easily and excellent in heat resistance and in design. SOLUTION: The temperature indicator 1 comprises a heat receiving element 3 and a thermally reversible color changing film 2 installed on the heat receiving element 3. The color changing film 2 is a mixture of an inorganic pigment with its color reversibly changeable according to temperature and an inorganic binder, and is cured onto the heat receiving element 3. The color of the color changing film 2 changes from white to yellow when the temperature is raised, and changes from yellow to white when the temperature is dropped. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
