PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a fan motor of an inside fan from being locked by freezing during defrosting. SOLUTION: When the rotation is not detected after distributing the power after defrosting, for example, impressed voltage to the fan motor is increased, or input current to the fan motor is increased within a range not damaging the fan motor, to melt ice by the heat generated from the motor, and to prevent locking of the inside fan motor by freezing.
